To see a specialist, you need a referral from your regular doctor, or from an emergency doctor. Please keep in mind that appointments to many of these clinics are in high demand.

To make or change an appointment:

First, your Primary Care doctor or Emergency doctor must provide the referral. Then, if you are not an established ACMC patient, you will have an interview with a financial counselor to determine the appropriate payer source. You will be asked to verify your household income, county residency and other eligibility information.
