The easiest transit route to Highland Hospital is to take BART or bus to the Lake Merritt BART station, then transfer to the free Highland shuttle van, which runs directly to the hospital. Look for the white van with the "Alameda County Medical Center" logo, looping through the BART parking lot at 8th St. and Oak St. every 12 minutes on weekdays, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

2. EASTMONT WELLNESS CENTER

Eastmont Wellness Center is near the Eastmont Transit Center, and is served by many AC Transit lines, including Routes 40 (Foothill Blvd.), 57 (MacArthur Blvd/MacArthur BART), 50, 805 and 840. 3. FAIRMONT HOSPITAL AND HIV CLINIC

4. JOHN GEORGE PSYCHIATRIC PAVILION

5. WINTON WELLNESS CENTER

Winton Wellness Center is accessible by AC Transit Bus Lines 86, 90, and 92. From BART, transfer at Hayward Station to bus lines 86S, 86C, or 92.

Newark Health Center is accessible by AC Transit Bus Routes 20, 27, and 29. From BART, transfer at Union City Station to Route 20 Southbound towards Newark Civic Center.
